About the 8th International Conference on Advanced Production and Industrial Engineering (ICAPIE-2024)
The 8th International Conference on Advanced Production and Industrial Engineering (ICAPIE - 2024) is being organized by Centre for Advanced Production and Industrial Engineering (CAPIER), Delhi Technological University (DTU), India in collaboration with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (East Delhi Campus), India (https://icapie2023.online/). CAPIER DTU has made exponential growth since its inception. It provides a forum for the academia, research institutions & industry experts, designers, management professionals, engineers & executives to collaborate. It promotes the exploration for windows of discovery, innovation and advancements towards a sustainable future. The conference is aimed to promote synergetic partnership between academia and industry and also to showcase the growth of cutting edge technology developed in the field of Production and Industrial Engineering.
The past ICAPIE conferences proved to be a grand success and most of the papers have been published by Lecture Notes in Mechanical Engineering (LNME), a Scopus indexed series by Springer (https://www.springer.com/in). In addition, the special issues are published in the following SCIE indexed journals: Indian Journal of Engineering and Materials Sciences (2020), Journal of Engineering Research (2022), Indian Journal of Engineering and Materials Sciences (2022).
ICAPIE-2024 invites participation of academicians, researchers, engineers, stakeholders, and industrialists from the areas of (but not limited to) Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Instrumentation, and other related areas (https://icapie2024.netlify.app/). Call for Papers
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. All the Full Papers/Extended Abstracts will be peer-reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and research content depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. The contributions in the following categories are welcome:

- Extended Full Papers (as per the template that will be shared to the selected full papers)
Publication:
Peer Reviewed and Registered papers presented in the conferences will be appearing in the following SCI/SCIE/ESCI/Scopus/Google Indexed Journals (The list will be updated from time to time):
- All accepted papers will be published in the Global Journal of Enterprise Information System (GJEIS), Google Indexed.
- Selected papers from the conference will be published in the Journal of Polymer and Composites (JOPC) indexed in the Web of Science and Emerging Sources Citation Index. The journal will conduct quality checks on the accepted papers and only papers that pass these checks will be published. JOPC Charges an Article Processing Fee to be paid by the authors and directly to the journal (https://journals .stmjournals.com/JOPC/) .
